The UFC has announced a massive showdown between two fan-favorite strikers, Shara Bullet Magomedov and Michael Venom Page, for the February 1 fight card in Saudi Arabia.
The highly anticipated middleweight fight will take place in Riyadh and is set to showcase two of the most exciting and unorthodox fighters in mixed martial arts today.
Shara “Bullet” Magomedov has been tearing through the middleweight division since his UFC debut in 2023. The undefeated Dagestani powerhouse boasts an impressive 15-0 record, with 12 victories coming by way of knockout.
Known for his dynamic striking and explosive style, the 29-year-old entered the UFC spotlight with four consecutive wins, climbing up to the #14 spot in the middleweight rankings. Magomedov’s striking has made him one of the most dangerous fighters in the division and someone to watch closely.
On the other side of the Octagon, Michael “Venom” Page, a former Bellator standout with a 21-2 professional MMA record, is taking a bold step up to middleweight for this clash. Page, ranked #15 in the welterweight division, made his UFC debut in 2024 after dominating in Bellator. Known for his flashy and unique striking, Page is a fan favorite for his showmanship and incredible finishes. The British martial artist will look to test himself against the bigger and equally dangerous Magomedov as he aims to make a statement in a new weight class.
The UFC Saudi Arabia event also features another marquee matchup with former middleweight champion Israel Adesanya returning to the Octagon. Adesanya is set to face Nassourdine Imavov, with both fighters looking to stay relevant in a competitive middleweight division.
The February 1 card promises to be a thrilling night of action, particularly as Saudi Arabia continues to grow as a prominent destination for major MMA events.
Fans around the world will be excited to see whether Magomedov’s perfect record remains intact or if Venom Page delivers a show-stopping performance in his middleweight debut.
